Welcome to Florida Blue! And thank you for choosing us for your health insurance needs. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and are committed to providing personal support to all of our members. We want to share some information with you that may help to answer your immediate questions as a new member.

Making a Payment

You can make a payment by phone at 1-855-805-8075 or in person by visiting any of our 18 Florida Blue Centers. You can also mail your payment to P.O. Box 740559 Atlanta, GA 30374-0559 (you’ll need to include your billing ID number which can be found on your billing statement).

Payment Confirmation

Please allow 6-9 days to receive a payment confirmation for payments made by check and 4-7 days for payments made by electronic funds transfer.  If it has been longer than this, please contact us so we can research this for you.

ID Cards

If you are waiting for your member ID card, and you need to see a doctor, a specialist, get a prescription filled now, etc., please call us at 1-800-352-2583, and we will ensure you are able to get the care you need.
