As a mental health therapist, I know the importance of mental well being and how it relates to overall health. It is a great step for Florida Blue to encourage well being and prevention.

Does this mean you won’t take the whole 14 days you have to ask for more (like you did over the past 14 business days) info before approving the device my wife needs for her breathing?

I am a promoter for Visalus Sciences – Body By Vi. Today we were told that in some states with certain policies, BCBS would help their clients with the cost if, they are using our weight loss program. Do you know the validity of this news and how your clients can get more information on this? I have watched amazing progress of so many people that have improved the quality of their lives sticking with our program.

      Hi Richard,

Once on the http://www.bcbsfl.com website find the link “Find a Doctor & More”. Once there, you can search for a dentist by name or specialty. The search results will state what network you participate in (BlueDental Choice & Choice Plus (PPO), BlueOptions Health & Dental-Dental, etc).

Please let us know if you have any other questions, we would be more than happy to help. Thank you!

I paid my January premium in full with credit card on 12/22. Your systems were able to take my money in a matter of seconds. Why do I have to wait 3 weeks for an ID ???? I have no access to healthcare without that member ID. Why does it take so long? Why do you do that to your members ? What are you doing to eliminate this problem?
